Important Rental Information
🚚 Delivery
We deliver to Rockford and surrounding areas. Delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
🌧 Weather Policy
You may reschedule due to weather at no extra cost with at least 24-hour notice.
🏰 Occupancy
Recommended for up to 5–6 kids of similar size at a time.
Maximum weight per rider: 180 lbs.
🧽 Cleaning
All units are cleaned and sanitized before each rental.
Setup Requirements
- Setup area must be clean and free of debris and pet waste
- We do not setup on Gravel, Dirt or Sand.
- An Electrical outlet must be within 100ft or a generator rental is required.
- Area must be level and not in low drainage/retention areas
- Fenced yards must have at least a 4 ft wide gate for access
